Rocket Doctor Amends 45 Degree Agreement
Vancouver, BC, April 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocket Doctor AI Inc. (CSE: AIDR, OTC: AIRDF, Frankfurt: 939) (“Rocket Doctor AI”) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has entered into an addendum to the agreement originally entered into on July 18, 2025, to further engage the services of 45 Degrees, Inc. (“45 Degrees”) to provide a specialized media services campaign to facilitate a ramp-up in Google Advertising.
Pursuant to the addendum, 45 Degrees will receive a one time payment of USD $17,000, payable on signing. The addendum is for a term of thirty (30) days. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and 45 Degrees will not receive shares or options as compensation. 45 Degrees and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and at the time of the agreement, neither 45 Degrees nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.
